Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are based on weight. Shipments will be made using the USPS. Priority and Priority Flat Rate service will be used when possible. Standard First Class shipping service may be used when package exceeds a certain size and weight. International shipping is available, please contact us.

Orders will be processed within 1 week of purchase. We will contact you immediately if we have any questions about your order or if there is any delay and please don't hesitate to contact us at any time during your order process at 303-257-2817.

We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, but if for some reason you find that you need to exchange your item, you may do so within 30 days of purchase for an equal exchange or store credit. Please call us to process your request. Shipping charges will not be refunded and package must be returned in its original packaging. If you are in the Denver area, you may also exchange in store at 3867 Tennyson Street, 80212. Custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.
